Nope, you aren't asking wrong, just wanted to be sure you asked.

They usually (TU) provide you with a list of names/addresses in response to a procedural request.

Mine from TU always listed the name of the court and it's address.

A certification issue was one of the points of my laswuit against credit data southwest 2 1/2 years ago.(Exp affiliate) I had an item reinserted and demanded to see the certification which they swore they had. The mgr was to call me back the next Monday. Of course, she never did. I then spoke with some other supervisory idiot who told me they DID have it, but now couldn't find it.

The item was deleted as part of my out of court settlement.

    I KNOW!!!

    The next question is;

ARE WE GOING TO WORK TOGETHER, AND BE PATIENT, so we can "extract" the MAXIMUM value out of this evidence.

    I hope. :)

Whatcha think Sassy, about demanding that certification and waiting to see what he gets?

    :)

Trent what I think Sassy means is this case puts us into a position we've never had available to us before.

This is really quite unique, in that we, (YOU) found court officials whom are actually willing to tell the truth and work WITH you.

Boy - this could be a boondoggle.

    (whatever that is).

    :)

Put it to ya this way Trent. A lady named Judy Thomas won 5.3 million dollars for a lot LESS than what you (appear) to have.

Read what LKH just posted about his certification.

I think that is what happens all the time, rarely can you prove it -- trent can prove it, trent's in wilful territory, I say.

LKH would have been able to get it through discovery, but since they were smart enough and it mysteriously disappeared, they never let it go that far. Without something like trent has though, it still would have been hard to find wilful, definately negligent.

Trent has proof that to meet the reporting requirements, the certification is just plain made up, not just misplaced and lied about -- they create it from nothing.

I want to clarify this from the first post, maybe again, it is subtle wording differences:

she then called the County Judge and ask her to hear the case if I were to file and Now I have an appointment with the Judge to discuss the facts of the case. I did not have any intention of filing suit but I will if I need to. Also the county clerk is going to contact the State attorney general to discuss the CRAs lying on a credit report and a letter to me.
Looks like I have stirred up a hornets nest but I have a ear to ear grin.

If the clerk had one active brain cell she wouldn't have been calling the county Judge (JP) to ask her to hear the case. Could it be possible she was more calling to see if it was within the jurisdiction of that court (yes it is, but a lot of people don't think so) -- is that possible????

And, discussing the facts of the case, that really just can't happen without destroying the case for you. So, I'm hoping you meant (seems more likely to me) the jurisdiction of the court.

Your email is turned off Trent.

Send me an email and I'll send my fax #.

Secondly, here's another important thing to know, WE are not atty's.

We can usually determine whether or not you have a case that an atty, might leap at the chance to push.

Right now we don't really know whatcha got, but I'm ... ahem ... "flyin" with Sassy.

    This could be ENORMOUS.

Re: Re: Re: Re: sticking it to the

The judge ask me to meet with her to review my documents prior to filing to see if she can hear the case, not to discuss it, I have to give her all the documents prior to the court date anyway so how can it hurt. Should I go find a law firm and go for the higher court, small claims are only good for 5 grand or so.

    Well there ya go.

If you demand the cert. compare that with LKH's experience and I'd bet we'll see a pattern.

    Not yet.

    I think Sassy nailed it.

Sounds like the Judge was researching Jurisidictional issues.

Wouldn't she have a right to do that and still "hear" the case?

    .

Try not to give her your originals. Take your originals and tell her you made copies for her use.

If she does keep originals make sure YOU have copies.

    OK,

    1) Did you also get a revised copy of your report along with their findings letter of 10/31?

I don't need to see that but you should have gotten one.

    2) Did you already send your reply of 12/29?
