I have waited patiently since 9:30 am and as of midnight I have received no email and the site has no products for me I am going to call it a night and hope tomorrow is much better. For all that were able to get your scores feel lucky and and hope the rest of us get a response by tomorrow. Mom

I'M UPSET TOO MOM. I ORDERED MINE THIS MORNING AND I WAS CHARGED 12.95 STILL NO SCORE. EQUIFAX HAS SCREWED US. THEY'RE SUSPOSED TO BE THE MASTERS OF CREDITABILITY BUT THEIR CREDITABILITY AND PROMISES HAVE GONE RIGHT DOWN THE TUBES. THEIR WORD IS NO GOOD AND THEY HAVE NOT DELIVERED. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. WE SHOULD BE GETTING IT FOR FREE SINCE IT WAS NOT INSTANT LIKE IT SAID IT WOULD BE. IT REALLY GRINDS ME....
Momof3, I placed my order yesterday at about 8:00 am EST, and I am still waiting for that infamous e-mail, too. I do subscribe to Equifax's services, and I'm still waiting. I ordered the whole shebang, and when I got nothing, I ordered the $4.95 product. They better not double charge me. Let us know if you get it sometime today, as I have to go to class now. Reporting here too. Ordered about 4:00 PM yesterday 3/19. As of this morning 3/20 have not seen anything listed under My Products". Mom do you have the number to call Equifax and speak to a real person? I am wondering if our requests are getting shelved while new request are coming in and being done. I WILL NOT order again. So far, not charge to my account yet. I used my MCard (debit) card and have online access tocheck my checking acct. balance. Let us know whoever gets theirs first. Judy
Judy number 1-888-532-0179 hit option 1 then option 2, be prepared for atleast 30 minute hold but they will ask for ss# and retrieve your report and then you can log in and see it. Good luck
Re: THANKS MOM!! Mine finally came through when I checked this morning and it wasn't as bad as I thought I would score. It was bad but I thought I would be in the lower 500s but I was 561.
