I've disputed multiple times, paid to get this stuff removed and nothing ever happens.... What this does is show up with 30/60/90/120 day late's in my payment history even though these account were included in my Chap 7. What does it take to get this removed? I'm coming up on the statue of limitations for NJ which is 6yrs (not sure if thats the case for stuff included in BK)

Payment history is payment history. As long as it is reporting correctly as being included in BK, it's right.

Now if there are OTHER disputes then those are what you would want to dispute.

BK can report for 10 years.
