I am sooooooo mad!!!! How do you un-black ball yourself from investigating online with Experian. They keep saying that they have already investigated the item...blah blah blah....AND this is stuff that is verified inaccurately.....The other two do what they are supposed to do. They investigate every time you initiate. What the hell?
Try to send the disputes CRRR- they may investigate them again if you send it in writing- strong worded.
That's just so wrong though. Don't they HAVE to investigate what you request them to? OOOOOHHHHHH...mad.
I had the same problem with Experian online. I tried everything from ordering a new credit report, so that I would have a new report number, to using a variety of different reasons. I just typed up the new disputes today and going to send Monday. I think that it is BS as well, but maybe sending them will work.
