I disputed as incorrect a collection acct with TU. TU comes back reporting as verfied I waited a month and faxed a procedures request. About thirty days later they claimed they "reinvestigated" my collection acct. and deleted it. My score went up 100 pts. from 674 to 774(0 negs.) If on the chance they reinsert it could I nail them for not following my instructions of providing their procedures for the first verification?
