that's insane. it's my signature, sent from my post office down the street, w/ my handwriting on the certified mail receipt and return receipt. do you guys think they're still going to investigate this despite flat out telling me in the letter that they will not dipute it?

Send them a summons for failure to investigate. You can tell them Credit Repair Companies don't sue CRA's, but the injured consumer does. "NOW do you believe the dispute is from me? The summons sure is."
