I have a documentation trail a mile long to file suit on MBNA, Equifax, and TU. See Description of Equifax Issues here: http://consumers.creditnet.com/straighttalk/board/showthread.php?s=&pgnum=1&postid=190618#post190618 Is there any reason to not file all 3 at once? These suits would be filed in small claims court with a local judge. Would it appear too litigous and greedy? Should I finish one before filing another? Lisa
Kiyi, I would definitely file all 3 individually. I was wondering if there was any detriment to filing them all at the same time, with the same judge, same court.
Sorry i was being my usual evil self. I would do them on different days so you don't get too overwhelmed, especially if you are getting alot of offers and paperwork handed to you by the other party. Don't overdo yourself. As for suing? I would put CSC and Equifax on the same document and serve them both.
Is it possible to sue Equifax and CSC simultaneously in the same suit? What would I gain by doing this?
