I am cleaning up both mine and my husband's reports. I have been doing so much reading and I think I have formulated my strategy. I have over 100 derogs between the two of us and all three CRA's. Some are listed on all 3 w/ both of us. Most are paid(all of mine are). 1. Wait for current disputes to come back(3-4 wks).I put in more disputes before I found you! 2. Compare deletes and cleared TL's between CRA's to set priority and dispute again. (wait 30 days go to #5) 3. Goodwill letters for paid TL's. 4. Delete prior addresses on EX. 5. Validation letters to collections (paid and unpaid). 6. 40 days after 1st validation- no responses get rest of nutcase series. Well, there it is. Any other advice? I have read so many good things, but I want to be able to focus. You all are so much more experienced and this reading can get overwhelming.
