I have been Disputing and validating and procedures request the following tradelines and I am at my wits end----- Midland Credit.(dola 1/98) Providian Bancorp (dola 8/99) Unifund Corp (dola 9/99) Wells Fargo (dola 4/98) I have sent procedures request and have not received anything or seen the report reflect dispute status. This has been going on since Jan2002... ANY SUGGESTIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm at the same point you are. EQ simply refuses to further investigate my disputes or even answer a procedural request. Its time to think about filing a lawsuit.
