Is it true that a student loan once in default and yet now paid in full will never come off of your report on its own. Does it not fall on the 7 year rule?

    Thanks, Kim

the 7 year rule DOES apply to student loans although they can be very difficult to get off. The default date is the date from which the 7 years should start.
