If you have bad credit, but are a student, are you still able to get student credit cards? Or because of your bad credit, it's still impossible? Thanks.

I applied for the Capital One Card. i am a student with a charge off from 1995. That is the only neagtive thing on my report. I even have a Cap 1 card and they denied me for a student card. They suck and I am closing my CAP 1 card. Reshod
