Don't know anything about student loans.....have done a search and can't find the answer to my situation. My sister has a few student loans on her EQF report, some have been sold or transferred but the two open ones with SAllie Mae and Chemical both show a balance higher than the higher limit amount. Any ideas on how to handle this ?
Were they ever deferred? If they were deferred, the interest would have continued racking up even though she wasn't making monthly payments. We have that problem now. I don't know what to do about it, so if anyone has any ideas, I'd be interested also. peace, delilah
