Does anyone know where is a good place to get a student loan on a score of low to mid 500's? I'm in a situation where although my car is in great condition now, I'm considering trying to trade it in as in about a year it will be at 81,000. However, I am upside down on the loan. I thought that if I could get a good student loan at a reasonable rate, I could pay off the car, get rid of that 17% interest, and get a newer car in one foul swoop. Any ideas?
