Yes Yes Yes! Just got an update from Privista and the last paid student loan collection that was on Equifax was deleted! There were 3 but Junum got 2 off. I disputed this on-line w/ Equifax almost a month ago. Can't remember what box I checked (i.e. not mine, etc.) but whatever I did it worked! Cool...now after everything is said and done, the only bad thing on my report will the be paid chargeoff from those lovely folks down at Ford Credit. I have 2 collections in the process of being deleted. Then there's Asset Acceptance Corp. I still gotta figure out what to do with them. They are currently reporting me with a balace of $523? with a past due of $532. They are killing me softly!
