    Hello everybody,
I have absolved a Tech school for over $10'000.-- , after graduating I never ever was able to get any job's as promised by the school.I started this school with no prior BA's or any other degrees in this nation.
How and what are effective tools to get out of this debt or to handle that serious problem.

    Sincerely

    Gio

Under all normal situations the only tool that will resolve the problem is an instrument of debt issued by the Federal Reserve and is often affectionally called a greenback. (LOL)

In otherwords, they gotta be paid no matter what. Unless you can luck out and get a forgiveness for reasons of disability and if that's luck you probably better pray for some bad luck for a change. (LOL)

As I understand it another way to get a foregiveness of the loan is if the school closed within 90 days after you first enrolled. That happened to me back in 1989 and I'm still fighting with them and a disability issue and have gotten exactly no where as of yet.

The only other hope you might have is if they turn it over to a collection agency and they violate the law and your rights and then maybe you might force them to pay instead of getting sued.

But no matter what happens, they gotta get paid and you might as well just put that in your pipe and smoke it.
    (LOL)

Bill had some good advice. Student Loans are very different from other debts.

They (in almost all circumstances) can't be discharged in a BK7. There is no SOL. If you don't pay them, the reporting period is longer than the 7 years most other debts have. If you default, they can garnish your wages and/or take your tax returns without a judgement (although, they can also get a judgement against you if they wish).
