All of my student loans are paid but they went into collections before I paid them. The question I have is that I graduated in 1995. The I was first late in 1996. They are reporting collection as of 1998. Do they have to go from the first date I was late or when they sent it to collections?
I'm pretty sure it goes from the date you were first late not the date when it was sent to collections. EdG
