    please help anyone?

I called the Loan company and they said that I was current on all of my payments since late 1999. Can I file suit or do something about them not reporting it to the credit bureau since 1997? Or am I up the creek without a paddle?

They are showing the account as 90 days late or am I not reading this correctly?

The woman I spoke to on the phone said that she would contact the man who does the updating to the credit bureaus and see if he can fix it. She told me to call back in a few days.

    What to do now?
