Why does my wife get notices by E-MAIL and US MAIL for updates/changes on the EQUIFAX credit report...AND I GET NOTHING??? YES, some changes/updates and new accounts have been added. JUST THE GEORGE FACTOR???
i get them sporadically, and usually they come almost 1 week or more after the changes appear. I should be getting my RMA-haha-we-screwed-you-again notification next week.
I do not get any e-mails either, not one since I started in June. However, my husband receives them often. I guess just another think we will never figure out!

hey, just got my notification email of the CRAPPY @!($*@#$)(*@# changes that occured late last night, fyi. this is a new personal record for the credit watch emails.. Im still wondering why about 80 soft inquiries disappeared last night. no notification of that anywhere.
messes up my bumpage. But I dont plan on applying for anything until next month anyway, hell with my 570 score I couldnt get anything anyway. ARG I HATE RMA. I guess they succeeded if they were trying to anger and screw me over.
I was able to use CW for a total of three days then started getting error messages. Customer service said was a problem with my file...too big. Would contact me when the problem was fixed. Still waiting 3 weeks later. Credit Expert sends me the notices way after the fact. So don't feel too bad George, your not alone.
IT CAN BE FIXED IN TWO MIN. REMOVE 50 INQUIRES FROM THE BOTTOM UP...if that is not enough, they can do 100... IF HARDS GO...EVEN BETTER!!!

Hey you guys, stop complaining! I'm on the CW banned list! I can't order ANY EQ product online - they still can't *verify* who I am?! Guess my word isn't good enough. So, like my grandma used to say....Don't look a gift horse in the mouth.
Yep! On several occassions I've tried to order CW, the Online Report, Score Power and the 3-n-1 report.....nothing! I've been on the phone with customer no-service and they were no help. That's why I am one of the sorry souls that uses PriVista to monitor my EQ report. Just would be nice to know my REAL score once in a while. OK, I feel better now! Thanks for listening.
Have you asked them to "FILL IN THE ANSWERS" for you (while you are on the phone with them) so they "SEE" what the problem is??? THEY HAVE TO HAVE SOME "BLOCK" THAT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED... I would think they would DO WHAT-EVER IS NECESSARY TO MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!
