I disputed it with a few other accounts last month on the 18th. Yesterday on the 15th, they restarted their investigation on JUST this account. On monday I think I might have a chat with them and notify them that the 30 days for investigation has passed and they haven't verified the account (apparently) so they need to delete it! Any thoughts?
if it was me I would send them a letter stating 30days is up and u must remove it now. I would send it CMRRR.
