Stupid lawsuit bites butt again

    That stupid lawsuit that was dismissed made it on to hubby's credit report. Darnit. The courthouse said it wouldn't. Yeah, what do they know. I'm sure a simple dispute will get rid of it, so I'm not too worried. oh well

    In other news - one of my two collection accounts was deleted. YAY. At least I think so. It wasn't on report. But, I haven't been notified that it was deleted.

    a 5+ year old hospital bill for $358

    Hey Jim,

    I popped in chat last week - you weren't there - I talked to Lex a week ago.

    I am assuming it's deleted. Not on the 3 - in - 1 report I ordered for Lex. I haven't received the deletion notice. Though, I don't believe I will. If I recall, Equifax doesn't allow forwarding.

    Oh, It looks like a collection account was deleted from Hubby's Equifax report too. :)
