okay, you all know I won lawsuit against them and i am waiting for check/report. I have carla blair and no response in two days. I talk to someone who tells me that she initiated new disputes on two items even though she had proof and should have deleted the items... what do i do now! i did not ask for a redispute since the lawsuit involved their failure to respond to procedure requests, they should have deleted the accounts in question.

Oh yes, they went against the judgment correct? Then they will get fined and jimmycracked by the law too.

Did your judgment against them say they must delete those items? If so, they are in contempt of a court order and you can do an order to show cause and bring them back to the judge.

    Did they ever comply?

    What happened with this?

I am almost ready to sue Experian over not providing procedures and would love to find out exactly what you did to win. Can you email me?

    Hey,

I sent them a letter recently asking them how they verified the information ... no response yet.

If they send form letter, then I will pursue second lawsuit. for willful noncompliance..... all I want is deletion.

I have a verification post out there which questions the procedure to verify can anyone say if this is related? See Equifax Refused Information.

I have actually called the CRA to see how they verified and you always get the Name, Address, SSN Garbage.

Wait till my validation to the CA's go out.

Can they refuse to conduct an investigation via phone instead of electronicly?

    Can they refuse supporting documents?

I don't think there is anything that allows you to tell them how to do their job, so long as they comply with the law.

I don't think so. Send them...
