I'm going to court in a few months against a CA who has broken literally every rule in the book (operating without required state license and a litany of FDCPA violations). Has anyone been forced to subpoena Equifax for a procedural request? This CA confirmed after I disputed with Equifax, many months after the CA ignored my CRRR validation letter. The account was well past the FCRA 7 year reporting limit and I can prove it. My question--was Equifax prompt to comply or did they fight to quash the subpoena? (note: equifax is not a co-defendant in the suit)
