    If someone has had an active,paid as agreed account that the creditor "froze", i.e. reduced their credit limit to below what they owed at the time( because of "other" bad credit on their report),and if payments were continued for a period of time in expectation of the credit limit being increased to the previous level,if the account defaults, the entry can be disputed (and the creditor sued within 2 years) as it is a violation of the TILA.
