Okay, here it is... I used all of CIC's methods (which seems to be very similar to this group), letters, instructions and of course A LOT of RESEARCH and STUDYING on my own. I had three judgments and ONE of them got my bank account and empied it... however, I got smarter and decided the only way to do this is choose one method and go with it. I did not want to confuse the issue and mix and match, just did not my sense to me. Well, after months of filings through the court system, and pointing out the Collection Agencies MISTAKES and not following the FDCA/ FCRA... the Judge dismissed both caes -- (individually and a couple months apart). While I was asking to dismiss WITH PREJUICE he dismissed Without Prejuice which is still a great WIN. THANK YOU CIC and this group -and everyone that helps those of us that are newbies...but, I am committed to this process and I will help all my family and friends that may have found themselves in this same situation.
