Hi all Just want to share my 2nd victory another Ca bites the dust another whoo hoo ! I am now 2 for 2 on suits thx to all that helped me on here especially Butch and sassy I filed suit against a Ca for FDCPA and FCRA violations along with other details that I am not at liberty to discuss at this time. I didn't have much to go on, but I got a settlement offer and a cashiers check today for $ 500.00 that I accepted, I could have gotten more but didn't want to press my luck so I took the money and ran man I don't know how lizard king does it it must be very difficult to keep it all together. all this stress, I think I need a vacation lol as if I could offord it,at least now I can pay off my other bills and get ahead for once. thx guys
