The other day I sent a nasty fax to an OC saying I was going to sue them if they didn't prove this was my account AND correct the TL to reflect it was included in BK7. A day later I get a call from some high up in their customer service. The fax number was via PF so I'm sure this landed in this guys department. He asked me what the deal was so I honestly explained. He said he would make a decision when he got my file. Yesterday, he called me back saying he had a copy of my original contract to send to me :-( but he was also faxing all three CRAs telling them to remove the TLs immediately. All of this is to be supplied to me in writting! Amazing what a nutty letter with a legal threat will do. I wonder what kind of kick it will give my scores?
