CONGRATULATIONS! how old was the BK? I'm curious because I have started to work on my sisters CR and she has listed a judgement & BK.

    woooooo hooooooooooo PAE!!!!!!

    Gotta LOVE that!

How did you dispute it? I'm thinking there is something up with EQ and their ability to verify.

Sassy, when I did the file bk 13 but cancel routine, I disputed it with both Equifax and Experian. They both deleted it within a couple of weeks. TU on the other hand, fought me every time.

    Pae,

WOW are you serious...a one month old BK gone already? I am really afraid to dispute my BK on Experian. Right now, I have 4 "included in BK" in dispute with Exp, they are still "pending" with only 2 more days to go. I am very hopeful they will be deleted. BTW, did you dispute BK as "not mine"?

I see that you have an account with the leader mortgage company. Were you happy with them? My mortgage has been sold to them recently.

    Thanks LKH,

Experian has deleted for me, TU updated and Equifax (_|_)'s entered the dispute date as the resolved date!

I was wondering if there was a pattern by CRA. I started to search to see if I could find out the commonalities in deletions by CRA, then noticed that it was after my lunch hour and STILL haven't gotten a thing done, LOL.

The only issue I ever had with them was after I sold my house, I didn't pay the last payment (why pay when it's sold right) and they reported 30 + 60 days past due (disputed the lates). Take that for what it's worth...

I really didn't know any better, I disputed before I found CN.

I think I just said 'incorrect'
