I had a major success with Planet Feedback. On Nov. 28, I sent a letter through their system to GM Card Services. I was an authorized user on an account and I have been fighting with them for two years to send me a copy of the original credit application. I knew that they did not have it because the account was opened in 1992. Well, on Friday I got a letter from them stating that they were unable to find the original application, so they were deleting it from all three credit bureaus. Thanks to Planet Feedback, that GM monkey is off my back. If anyone needs a fax number for Experian, I've got one. They also enclosed the credit update form that they fax to the credit bureaus. I pulled my credit reports and the Household entry is gone!!!!! My next battle is with Airtouch Communications, now known as Verizon. They hit us for a ton of roaming charges and I never received a contract from them and I am well aware that they have a class action suit against them right now for the same thing.
