I got my discover inquiry removed recently. The best way I've found is to dispute it once a week and list the Company Name, and the put "Subscriber Inquiry, (date). In the text field type, "This is not a permissible purpose. This is not my account. Delete." After you try for a while, it works (usually). Good luck.
