I'm interested in know how those who were successful in getting your bk's purged from your record - how did you do it? Both Exp and Tu report dh's bk as no assets/no liabilies, Eq is the only one reporting it correctly. I know there have been successes and just wondered the tricks to this trade.
Between my DH and my reports we have deleted 4 of the 6 listings for a CH13. I think it is a crapshot. I really do. I disputed our EQF listings on the same day same exact reason. His was deleted in 10 days. Mine has been "verified" 5 times, and it is listed incorrectly! Same on TU, his was gone with no problem. Mine has been verified numerous times. Just keep trying. You have read the logic on this board...dispute as "I never filed a CH7 bk w/ 0 assets and liabs." Keep trying. You will eventually get it off. I don't believe that any 1 CRA is any harder than the others. My EXP came off the first dispute. His took over a year.
That was the dispute? What's the theory behind it? My dh bk came off TU but exp and eq won't investigate again. I cannot WAIT for them to come off, because he has excellent credit otherwise.
That was the dispute. No secret code or anything special. I actually picked it up off of this board. I just think it is random whether they delete it or not. Keep trying. The only good thing I can say about having to use CSC (the EQF affiliate for my area) is that they have NEVER refused one of my disputes EVER. EXP has and so has TU. That is probably why we got it off actually. The more you dispute it, the better chance you have of getting it removed.
