This is (thankfully) not the case with me, but I have a general question:

Will sending a CRA a ITS (let's say, TransOnion) without really having any "good" case against them (lets say your only fodder is a "deleted a good account"), be enough to force them to delete derogs off your report??

    Ready, Aim....... Delete?

or will TU/EFX (I know experian won't) surrender as easily as the french do????

Why are there no fireworks shows at EuroDisney?

The first night they opened they cracked some fireworks....
and the french tried to surrender.

    Sassy... be nice.

I meant, that if you have no evidence of FDCPA/FCRA Violations hat you have documented, and you want to send an ITS and File because you KNOW from other peoples experience that they will settle before trial....

    Yes, Pigs DO fly.

Not a smart move to threatens a suit if you can't/won't back it up. That's why they don't take us serious... :/

I'm nice!!!!!!! whine whine, what wasn't nice?

I read it the same way the first time, you're threatening to sue on nothing, not even a maybe.

It's not occurred to you that settlements before trial occur because they know they are wrong based on whatever is presented in an ITS and aren't willing to face the expense nor the possibility that a Judge will agree.

What are you going to put in your ITS letter that would make them think you have a toe to stand on?

How can you not have anything? It's hard not to have something, surely they've not decided to play by the rules for you alone.

OMGGGGGGGGGGG, a pig just flew by!!!!!!!!!! AND a cow jumped over the moon too ;-)

It's just so easy to have something to file on, Nestea, why waste their lazy and stubborn refusal to comply with the requirements. Especially TU, their computer system isn't even capable of meeting the reporting requirements.
