Before finding this board, I attempted to dispute/validate 5 chargeoffs with the OC. 30 days went by and nothing. I then attempted to do the same with the CRA. They never signed for the letter and still haven't. I sent a ITS letter to OC. Time is up on that one now. I have disputed with the CRA, they still have a few more days. Nothing on my report says anything about any TL being disputed, yet they have been "updated" last month. Do I file against OC? I'm lost and confused. I've been at this for 3 months now on numerous accounts and there is NOTHING listed on my credit reports as being disputed!
