I've been sued by a collection agency on credit card account. Trial date set for next month. I'm nervous. I'm thinking of hiring an antorney. Any thoughts?
Maybe if you provide more information? The amount and source of debt? How old is it? What is the collection agency that is suing you? What kind of conversations have you had with the CA and original creditor? If you put out that info, I bet a lot of the people here would be able to help you.
