Sueing CA - Is there any case law?

Getting ready to sue a CA, maybe two. Anyway, I have access to all the FDCPA/FCRA and California laws.

My question: Does anybody know of any precedent or case law to support Wollman or any of the other "opinion" letters. I don't know if an "opinion" will fly in small claims or not.

    Thanks

Opinion letters are thust that-an opinion. What happens is you introduce them as evidence and the judge gives them whatever weight they deem approiate given the sum total of evidence both sides present at the trial.
