Im getting ready to Sue Equifax and I need to use a officer of the company to put down. Does anyone have a name of an officer at Equifax? Im SO tired of there crap!!!!!!!! I will be filing in small claims court this week. Thanks. I'll keep you all posted.
Yeah, good luck with that name thing. Nobody uses anything but their first name there. . . They are a publicly traded company, so by definition their execs and board members are public information. Try one of the financial sites, marketwatch or something and do a search.
Equifax is in Georgia. All you should have to do is to call up the Secretary of State in your home state and ask them to supply that informaition. If they don't have it or can't get it for you then you will have to call the secretary of state for the State of Georgia. Your state Attorney General's office may also be a good resource and the research department of any large library should also be able to get you that information.
