If you remember I posted yesterday that I was going to sue Equifax in small claims court. So I called the Massachusetts Secretary of State's office in my state and they told me I would serve Prentice Hall Corporate Systems Inc. in Boston. I have 2 questions. The first one is do I need to use a officer of Prentice Hall or do I still use a officer of Equifax? and my other question is Do I need do have an individuals name when serving a corp.? This is my first time at this! Do I need anything else to file this? I just want to have everything so when I go to the courthouse to fill out the affidavid im all set. Thanks!!!!!
The summons should read: Equifax Credit Information Services addres city, state, zip by service upon Prentice Hall Corp.. authorized agent In Arizona, when you go to serve Prentice Hall in Phoenix, the person at the front desk has full authorization to accept service.
