I am preparing to file lawsuit against experian. after reading marie's and other 's old post. I will be filing suit on Friday. they faked investigation of student loans. never investigated. supervisor at usa funds has no record of inquiry by them and is sending letter to that effect. refused to investigate and update paid judgment. verified it as is. these two things have damaged my credit and yes, i have damages. been denied credit increase and denied credit. even though sl is old and scheduled to come off later this year, i am so upset that i have caught them lying twice.
