Should I sue Credit Accepance Corp again...I filed bk7 on them and was discharged in 01. They pulled a hard inquiry after the BK7..I sued in small claims and settled...today I pulled my EQ report...they are back on there as of 03/03 "UNPAID", and there was ANOTHER HARD INQUIRY ON MY REPORT. I think I will sue them again...should I? The last suit was settled in 12/01...
