When suing Credit Agencies for not changing incorrect on one's credit report what are the different legal terms one can sue for? For example deframation of character, libel, slander, and so forth. I am in the process of buying a home and experian is the only credit agency that is giving me a hard time and my lawyer has stated to me that my deal fell through. What can I do?
