I am going to sue an CA in Texas, one in NC and one in GA(I live in GA). Is there a way to serve them that is fairly cheap? I am looking on my small claims papers and they have spaces for sevice but only by sheriff? It says Sheriff's Entry of SErvice on the top and has several different boxes ato check but all have to be in person. Also, do I have to arrange for service or does the magistrate court do that?

Some courts will take care of the service for you, others will just tell you how to do it. In most states, I believe you can accomplish service of small claims suits by certified mail. Check with the clerk.

Did the Court allow you to serve those out of state CAs?
