Suing

    In the past have you guys hired attorneys to sue for you or did you do it yourself ?

    It would depend on how much you are looking for in damages and how grievous their actions are. I think most violations issues can be solved in small claims where you don't need an attorney. Usually the item in question is resolved once you file suit and it never gets to court.
