So Hayesb2- Interesting story. Glad it finally washed your way. I'm facing all the same conditions but with a car lease (story posted today on this site). I think I have a LOCK case under "Statues of Limitations" and would like to defend myself (save the fee's). I read were you stated that you would use a attorney if it ever happened again? Do you feel the attorney would have added more detail, gained more respect and insight into the overall case (preventing the need to appeal the first verdict)? Tom
