    Hi everyone.

I just got a call from my wife, someone from Superior Credit was harrasing her about my student loans. The guy wouldnt say who he was, or what company he was from - but he demanded she tell him everything about me. He then told her she would REGRET IT if she didn't tell him my work number.

The moron didn't realize she captured his company and phone number on our caller ID..LOL

Anyway, have any of you heard of these low lifes? ......I'm so mad right now but I don't want to screw myself up, saying or doing the wrong thing.

    Thanks,
    Sal

do you know what state they are in? file a complaint with the BBB in your state and their's.

    good luck!

Thanks javan, thats what I will do as soon as I get some more info from this clown. (does he seriously think he will get more info from me?........please.)

I cannot believe the disgusting business practices that these CA use. Its like they are bottom fishers looking for dead/dying prey.

I really don't have a clue what state they are in - I will assume they are from California as thats where I am located.

I haven't had a chance to ask my wife what they're phone number was so I cant be sure where they are located.

    check them out on www.bbb.com

the BBB will have all the contact info you'll need ie: fax numbers, mailing addresses, etc....

let them know that they will, in fact, be paying you money now!! in the form of $1,000(or so) for each violation and they've already got one.

    good luck!

You can file a compalint with your state's AG. You can record their next call (neither one of you is in MD) and sue them.

You can send a C&D and wait for them to call anyway, then sue them.

I still favor putting your toddler on the phone to chat about his day. :D
