Equisux STILL can't get my birthdate correct. I just received an updated CR in the mail today and the same guy, Glenn King (anyone know this character) had the nerve to send me a letter telling me to submit a copy of my DL or Birth Certificate to update date of birth. How many times do I have to go round in circles with this guy about this? I have faxed my info and proof of Age to Equifax and they changed it. Then it went back to the wrong birthdate Then I wrote a letter with all of my faxed information and the copy of the report PROVING that they changed the birthdate. Then they changed it to the correct birthdate. Now it's wrong again. I need a supervisor name so that I can get somewhere with this. Due to my policy of not calling the CA's or CRA's unless I'm under extreme duress, does anyone have someone that they use that is above this Glenn character?
