I was wondering what the lowest fixed APR (not introductory/promotional) and variable APR cards people have or have received offers for. Some may want to list only their lowest ones, some may list them all. I don't have a preference, does anyone else? Feel free to list your credit lines as well if you want. This may give others an idea of the best rates offered and give them something to neg. for. Please be specific as to issueing bank and which card specific card it was. Please note if there was an annual fee involved. I am particually curious about the lowest rates people have or have seen for Visa Signature Cards (especially the Citi HHonors since it has no annual fee) and MasterCard World Cards.
