Suspended by TrueCredit for over use?!?

    WTF?

    I update my reports and scores nearly every day and now I get an e-mail from them saying that I triggered their fraud department. They locked my account and now I just had to spend 5 minutes on the phone with them to unlock the account and next time I log on, I'll have to re-subscribe to the service.

    Here's the kicker - the price is the same as when I had originally signed-up, so no big deal, just wasting my time. But if the price had gone up, I'd be stuck with the new price instead of the price when I had signed-up.

    What kind of crap is this?!? They allow one update every 24:01, but they don't really, because they'll freeze your account for doing so.
