Seems they're making it really hard for me to get an address. Does anyone know the adress to which I would send a validation letter to Syndicated Office Systems? Thanks, you guys have been a huge help already!!!
SOS is part of the Tenet hospital system. they do the "billing". The credit bureau who gave your file should be able to give you an address. If they can't, it's an fcra violation.
