Hey T-Man I read your post regarding Schreiber and Assoc. ? Did you ever have any luck with them. They have refused repeated request for validation from me as well. Anybody else dealt with these jokers?
Well, well,well. For once I agree with you lbrown. lol das72071 - Why would you send repeated requests for validation? You don't want them to be able to validate the debt. You send the validation. Give them 30 days. If they don't respond, you can either send the estoppel or an intent to sue for failure to validate IF, they didn't report the debt as in dispute with the cra's and IF they continued to contact you after receiving the validation.
