T-Man , I read some of your earlier post whihc mentioned that you had dealt with a bottom-dwelling CA called Schreiber and Assoc. in Massachusetts. I finally got them to agree(in writing) to remove two incorrect entries on my Experian report. This was about 10 days ago and I am still waiting for them to fall off. I was wondering if you could share what your experiences were with this company?
Check out their web site www.schreiblaw.com and send e-mails demanding deletion. They can have it immediately removed if you pressure/hassle them. Include citing of FDCPA violations they have committed and your intent to sue. T-Man
