I got TAB, finally @130 hard ones fell from 13 to 3, what a relief!!!. When I was pulling from 1 to 90, did not have any excitement but 90 to 130 was lot of excitement daily waiting to see if it really happens. I did not see any score change until 8 hard ones fell off. If I contiue further to get other 3 off, what are the chances of split files with 30 open and closed accounts. Thanks
Split files are always a danger with EQ when you're getting softs daily. Several posters have had higher numbers of inqs than you without a split or problem, but there is no hard and fast rule as to when it happens. We had one report shut down so that it was completely unavailable to creditors, but it wasn't split. We demanded that it not be split but told them in no uncertain terms that we would pursue it legally if they did not fix the file so our report could be accessed by our banker. Oddly, when they corrected the problem a week or so later after multiple phone calls, they did not delete any inqs, hard or soft, to get things working again. But lo and behold it has been fine ever since. Don't know how they did it, but they did. DemPooches
